Online Return/Exchange Policy

14 Day Merchandise Exchange

At Runner’s Depot, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is very important to us. If for some reason the gear you selected was not perfect for you, you may return/exchange any item, along with your receipt, in new/unused condition within 14 days of your purchase date. We will be happy to help you find a replacement, issue you a refund, or provide you with an account credit with the following exceptions:

Footwear:

  • The shoe box and shoes must be returned in new and unused condition.
  • Sale or Markdown Products are not returnable/exchangeable under any circumstances.
  • When sending shoes back, please do not use the shoe box as the shipping box. Please send shoes in the shoe box they came in and then put the shoe box in a shipping box.
  • If Footwear is not received back in saleable condition, we will not be able to issue you a refund, as we cannot resell that shoe to another guest.

Watches and Electronics:

  • These items are only exchangeable if the merchandise is in the original, unopened, packaging, price tags are intact and a sales receipt accompanies the items. Merchandise that is scratched or damaged is not returnable.
  • Sale or Markdown Electronics are not returnable/exchangeable under any circumstances.

Apparel and Accessories:

  • All Apparel and Accessories are returnable/exchangeable, provided they are not worn, price tags are intact, and a sales receipt accompanies the items.
  • Sale or Markdown Apparel or Accessories are not returnable/exchangeable under any circumstances.

Nutrition:

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any food items such as energy gels, bars or drink mixes.

Defective Merchandise:

  • Please contact us at 954-474-4074 about return procedures for any product you deem to be defective.
  • All defective merchandise is subject to inspection to determine if the issue is a result of a manufacturer’s defect, normal wear and tear, or misuse.

How to complete your Return / Exchange

  • We will process your return immediately when it is received back at our store.
  • When sending back returns, please try to use the original packaging you received your items in.
  • Do not forget to keep tracking information, as you will be responsible until we receive the items into our store.
